Asocijacija Series Balkans je bila vrlo aktivna cak i u vrijeme godisnjih odmora !
Ovog ljeta smo poceli pregovore sa nekoliko festivala sa kojima zelimo trajno saradjivati i ostvariti partnerstvo…i uspjeli smo ! Prva dva festivala sa kojima pocinjemo saradnju su u Latinskoj Americi, « A L’Este de Lima » i « A L’Este del Plata». U okviru ova dva Festivala, Series Balkans ce inaugurirati novi program, SERIJE, koje dolaze iz zemalja Balkana. Na oba Festivala ce, kao svjetska premijera, biti prikazane tri epizode srbijanske serije Ubice Mog Oca  / My father’s Murdrerers, titlovane na spanski i engleski jezik, u produkciji Radio televizije Srbije ( RTS). Da podsjetimo, RTS je clan nase Asocijacije, jednako kao i scenaristkinja serije, Natasa Drakulic. Uskoro cemo objaviti ostale novosti, a do tada, pridruzite nam se, postanite nas clan, predstavimo zajedno Balkan cijelome svijetu !

NEWS UPDATE / In August 2017, we were in Syros  (Cyclades, Greece)  and between swimming, tripping, drinking, flirting and dancing we worked hard to get an effective support cooperation agreement with greek regional #public institutions and local organisations in order to help us for the next tv series directed by Jasmin Durakovic “Trip: The Magnificent Voyage” to be shot in Syros (April 2018) in the frame of our program Series Balkans Studio. Series Balkans thanks a lot Georgios Leontaritis, the Vice President of Region of South Aegean ,  Iakovos Arvanitis, President of the Union of Syros Hotel Owners , Antonios Maragkos, owner-manager of Siros Travel, Blue Star Ferries. All of them supported , from the very beginning, our initiative making of Syros a new attractive place able to host balkan, european and world movie and tv productions, thus confirming Greece as a cultural and economic bridge between Europe, Balkans and the world.

 

2+ Screenwriters join Series Balkans!

Two high-profile creative croatian screen writers, Sandra Antolić and Jasmina Kallay join Series Balkans artistic board. 
Sandra Antolić is a former film critic (HRT- Croatian National Broadcaster ), copywriter/creative director (2 AM-FCB, Digitel& – advertising agencies). She scripted feature comedies (Nosila Je Rubac Črleni / Do Pigs Go To Heaven, Puška / Rifle), puppet tv series (Magical Hands), tv drama series (Dal’ Se Sjetiš Nekad Mene / Do You Ever Think Of Me).
Jasmina Kallay – novelist, screenwriter, producer, Creative Europe Program expert , Croatia’s Screenwriting Guild – scripted web series (Girl Heart Boy, YA series of books) and co-created daily TV shows (Juhuhu/Woohoo), family reality tv show (Kids Rule). Jasmina Kallay is , actually, developing 2 european coproduction projects: United States of Europe, a political-crime TV series and Little Miss Santa, a children’s feature animation. Sandra Antolić and Jasmina Kallay are working together on two projects in English, a rom-com called Paris Syndrome, animation feature Aia. Las but not least, Series Balkans decided to support their tv series fiction project Dunav (Danube).
