From 16 to 27 october, Séries Balkans was in Northern Greece, the Cyclades and Athens to develop new activities, projects and partnerships. In Kavala we met with Mrs Eva Pasalidou CEO of Center TV, Mr Tasos Palaistidis / News Director in ENA Channel, M Petros Petropoulos, Administrator of ΔΗΠΕΘΕ Καβάλας, Mr Thodoris Gonis, Artistic Director of ΔΗΠΕΘΕ Καβάλας. In Syros we met with the President M George Harzimarkos and Vice President Yorgos Leontaritis of Region of South Aegean ; Mrs Thomais Mendrinou, Vice Mayor, Municipality of Syros-Hermoupolis. In Athens we met with Mr Ninos Fenek Mikelidis director of Panorama of European Movie Festival, Mr Orestis Andreadakis Artistic Director and Dimitri Kerkinos Head of International Program of International Film Festival of Thessaloniki  ; Mrs Anna Kasimati in charge of Creative Europe Media program in Greek Cinematography Center, Mr Greg Kokkinakis, Cosmote Tv director of programs. Mr Kostas Spanos in charge of Europe Creative Culture program in Greek Ministry of Culture.

Greek tv web series maker Eleutheria Karadimou leaves nobody indifferent.  Neither friends nor enemies, both numerous in Greece and abroad. Trying to understand this social, artistic and cultural phenomenon of the greek Youtub-o-sphere , Series Balkans decided to plunge into Kavalawood studio, from 16 to 21 october and follow closely, by total immersion, Eleutheria’s Karadimou work and life. 1st tv documentary about Balkan series makers to be produced by Series Balkans.

NEWS UPDATE / In August 2017, we were in Syros  (Cyclades, Greece)  and between swimming, tripping, drinking, flirting and dancing we worked hard to get an effective support cooperation agreement with greek regional #public institutions and local organisations in order to help us for the next tv series directed by Jasmin Durakovic “Trip: The Magnificent Voyage” to be shot in Syros (April 2018) in the frame of our program Series Balkans Studio. Series Balkans thanks a lot Georgios Leontaritis, the Vice President of Region of South Aegean ,  Iakovos Arvanitis, President of the Union of Syros Hotel Owners , Antonios Maragkos, owner-manager of Siros Travel, Blue Star Ferries. All of them supported , from the very beginning, our initiative making of Syros a new attractive place able to host balkan, european and world movie and tv productions, thus confirming Greece as a cultural and economic bridge between Europe, Balkans and the world.
