Series Balkans is happy to announce a new membership, the Tuzla Film Festival of South Slavic Film (TFF) aiming to promote south slavic cinematography. TFF is directed by Boris Balta, founder and president of the NGO Magic Factory (culture, minorities and gender equality) graduated of the Tuzla Academy of Dramatic Arts and Master of Science in patriarchal gender norms and stereotypes in the film Bosnia Herzegovina 80’s.
Series Balkans artistic board is pleased to announce the arrival of a new member Kino Oko Productions, an important cinema, tv producer and facility studios from Skopje, well known for its participations in numerous featurefilms – SLOVENIA, AUSTRALIA AND TOMOROW THE WORLD / SISKA DELUX / HONEY NIGHT / BALKAN IS NOT DEAD / THE THIRD HALF / AS IF I’M NOT THERE / HUMAN ZOO / and tv shows, inside and outside the Balkans. Kino Oko producer Robert Naskov, just finished a local adaptation of the world wide famous american tv series In Treatment directed by Vardan Tozija. Reminder: the croatian version of In Treatment was analysed and replayed during our 1st Series Balkans Screenings in Athens, november 2016.
