Series Balkans was launched in Athens, 18-20 November 2016 with The 1st Series Balkans Pilots Screenings, organised by the french non-profit organisation Conceptaminima, hosted by Kassandras design studios and supported by the FIPA (Festival International des Programmes Audiovisuels, Biarritz ), the information portal Vice Greece ( TV Group Antenna ) and Depo.ba, the bosnian portal managed by movie and media director Jasmin Durakovic).
